We are shown that there are five main aspects of personal health: physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual and in order to be considered well, it is imperative for none of these areas to be neglected.
For what comes to mind when you think about the word “health” and, in and unto itself “wellbeing”? Most all of us huddle up solely thinking about our physical body, but that’s when we should also include our mental health too.
